How do I pause my subscription?
Log in to your account and click “Pause” next to your active plan. You can pause for up to 3 months, and we'll automatically resume after that unless you tell us otherwise.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account page and your subscription will end after the current delivery period.
What if I'm not happy with a coffee?
We want you to love every cup. If a bag doesn't taste right, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.
