Small-batch roastery

Coffee with a quiet kind of craft.

We are Sora Coffee — a small specialty roaster devoted to sourcing distinctive beans, roasting them with patience, and sharing what we love with people who care.

Our Story

Roasted slowly, on purpose.

Sora Coffee began with a simple idea: that great coffee doesn't need to shout. We work directly with small farms and importers who share our values, buying beans we believe in and roasting them in small batches to bring out what makes each one distinct.

Every roast is tasted, adjusted, and tasted again. We don't chase trends — we chase clarity, sweetness, and a cup that feels like it was made for you.

The beans people come back for.

Three coffees that define what we do — each one roasted to highlight its natural character, never to mask it.

Why Sora

Crafted with intention.

Three things we never compromise on.

Ethically Sourced

We build direct relationships with farmers and pay prices that reflect the true cost of great coffee.

Small-Batch Roasted

Every batch is roasted by hand in our roastery, never more than 15 pounds at a time.

Tasted Every Day

We cup every roast before it ships. If it doesn't taste right, it doesn't leave the roastery.
